The staff displayed really good hospitality, making me feel genuinely welcomed.

I found the shared bathroom situation quite inconvenient, especially during peak hours. The constant noise from the street made it hard to concentrate and get a good night's sleep. And to share bathrooms on busy mornings was frustrating and time-consuming.

Greatly enjoyed our stay here.

had central location within walking distance of the city centre. and we where right by public transport from the station and lake.

The location was good and unbeatable - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Got a double room with balcony as expected, enjoyed it. The staff was SUPERBLY FRIENDLY, excellent co-operating, and responded promptly to requests.

The room I stayed in was a spacious Double Room with Shared Bathroom. I loved the cleanliness and space in the room. The staff, especially Marcel, were super helpful with any questions. Plus, the location is fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to tram lines.

The rooms here are nicely furnished and fashionable with new bathroom with fantastic shower.

Stylish hotel & fairly clean, its location is great in the truly amazing old town. The breakfast is marvellous with Zurich prices and nice coffees, for example, lots to choose from. Would book again, thoroughly enjoyed our nice stay here...

The location is fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and a lovely park nearby. The shared bathroom could be a hassle during peak times. The vintage style room offered lots of space, and the staff provided a cozy atmosphere at the café with great food and live music every night.

The hotel was located in the center of the city.

I loved the spacious Double Room with Balcony where I stayed for one night! The stormy evening felt magical as I watched the lightning from our private balcony. The café staff were cute and provided an excellent breakfast.

The location was nice, but the bed was like it was slanted and definitely not what I paid for. The so-called wifi was absent when I needed it most. I had to dodge ants all night. I would've expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that's too much to ask. I just couldn't give a good review.

The reception doubling as the restaurant causes delays during check-in!!! Shared bathroom situation felt awkward, particularly with hallway traffic. Street noise was unbearable with windows open on warm nights. Staff friendliness could improve!!!

This place suits me perfectly! It offers wi-fi, a cozy restaurant, and a cute bar area. The staff were especially kind to my old parents during my first stay. I highly recommend enjoying their great breakfast.
